Where we ship

We ship within the United States. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time; weekends and holidays are not business days. Estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by location, product, and carrier conditions.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $4.90 for orders below $150. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before tax and shipping. All amounts are in USD.

Tracking

We will email tracking information when your order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear. If you have not received tracking within five business days, email info@ilovecatndog.com with your order number.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us immediately; changes may not be possible after shipment. For delayed, lost, or damaged shipments, contact us so we can investigate. Keep packaging and photographs of damage.
